We have been very satisfied with the support we have received from Pink Cow Select Club. When we first signed up a few years ago, we were very much novices looking for useful cross-curricular software for KS1. After sending in our software audit, Anne-Marie made recommendations and also sent us inspection copies. Pink Cow keeps an updated list of the software we hold; sometimes even reminding us that we have copies of items we order! They have even tracked down older software when we have needed up-grades. More recently, with the 'elearning credit' money, we sent them a large, but very scribbled list of required software and additional licences. They deciphered this list, checked our school audit list and processed our order very efficiently and at a discounted price. This saved the co-ordinator a great deal of time and ensured that we did not waste money. We feel they have taken away a lot of the hassle associated with developing our software bank. I live and work in Bracknell where the company is based and many years ago was introduced to Pink Cow through the outstanding product "Starspell". As the school SENCO I bought copies for every class and saw great improvements in spelling especially for our SEN children. I have since moved on and am now the ICT co-ordinator in an Infant and Nursery School. I was overwhelmed at first by the choice of products available and the substantial amount of money through e-credits that could be spent.
The Pink Cow Select Club has been started in response to the need to guide teachers to the best products. I am sent CDs on approval, this enables me to try the programmes and show them to other class teachers. I have also used Pink Cow to buy many other ICT supplies. With the e-learning credits I wanted to get maximum value for money and extensively researched best value products from the various retailers. Pink Cow offer an additional 10% discount to their Select members on best prices and alongside that give excellent personal service. They are honest and direct. They regularly update their reviews of best sellers and ask me for feedback on products. They let me know how long I will need to wait for a product and have also supplied multiple CDs so that we can make best use of our daisy chain network. You will be delighted with the service that this friendly, efficient company give you.

We have been using Pink Cow as our main software supplier for 2 years. As a Select Customer we were asked to trial at least 1 software product every term, which would not obligate us in any way, which we have found has been the case. We have always been impressed with the level of service provided by your company; we are now able to purchase all our software on preview, which has been a great help in deciding whether programs would be of use to us in school. Staff are always courteous and pleasant, always managing to locate anything we have needed. Pink Cow staff are very knowledgeable and this has been a great help, offering suggestions for alternative software when requested. To be able to use one supplier who is aware of the needs of a primary school and can point us toward the right kind of software makes our purchasing of software a lot easier. It is this level of service (accompanied by a discount!), that makes Pink Cow such a good company to deal with.
(In a busy school we have often overrun our preview period, but this has never been a problem and Pink Cow have always been happy to extend this and accommodate our needs without any fuss.)
